Heather Locklear went on The Tonight Show last night and 'talked' about her DUI arrest, telling host Jay Leno "It's been a rough 2008." But that wasn't what made the 47 year-old former Melrose Place vixen tear-up.
The started weeping as she watched a clip from TJ Hooker showing her undercover as a disco hottie.
