As RADAR has reported, Coldplay scored big at the Grammy nominations on Wednesday night. Unfortunately, they are a whole lot less popular with rock guitar hero Joe Satriani.
The 52 year-old composer-musician has filed a copyright infringement suit in Los Angeles federal court yesterday, maintaining that the Brit band's smash Viva La Vida uses -- his words -- "substantial original portions" of his 2004 composition If I Could Fly.
No word from the band on the suit.
