Forget to pack your bikini, Beyonce?

That's what islanders in St. Barts were joking as the 27 year old songbird got all dressed up ... to go jet skiing!

It was a fashion moment to remember on New Year's Eve as she clambered aboard a jet ski - wearing a full-length pink dress and a life-vest.

Unconcerned, Beyonce hitched up her hemline and took off from a yacht moored off the Caribbean paradise, where she's vacationing with husband Jay-Z.

And within minutes she was soaked as she jumped into the sea - still fully dressed.
