Via recording played today in a London courtroom, Boy George admitted that he used handcuffs to restrain a male escort. However, he denies that he hurt Audun Carlsen.

According to the police recording, Geroge asked the 29 year-old to his apartment, then bound him to a wall to determine whether Carlsen had hacked his computer. George denies having done anything to hurt him. Among the charges is that the former pop-star tried to hit the man with a chain.

The trial for false imprisonment continues.
