As RADAR reported earlier, the apartment where Heath Ledger died remains unrented.
So what about the house where a crazed Paul Abdul fan killed herself on November 11?
A rep for the American Idol star insists the drug OD death of failed Idol competitor Paula Goodspeed was not a factor in Abdul's decision.
"Paul simply feels she has outgrown the house," a spokesperson told Us Weekly. "And given the recent public disclosure of her address, it seemed time that she move into a gated community."
