Suri Cruise can't make up her mind whether to eat her cupcake, or wear it! Suri, 2, and mom Katie stopped in at New York's West Village Magnolia Bakery for a sweet treat after lunch at the Bowery Hotel in the middle of a girls-day-out shopping spree.
