Last night was the premiere of Twilight in Los Angeles, with throngs of shrieking girls beset to the streets of LA to catch a glimpse of the stars of this vamp flick, including the well-coifed Robert Pattinson.

We bring you video footage of the ensuing madness, and caution you to prepare to turn down your speakers; the smoky air from nearby wildfires did nothing to mute the screams of an adoring fanbase.
