Another crisis averted!

Britney Spears heads home with her son Jayden on Monday night after the tot's terrifying health scare. Mother and son leave Southwest Mississippi Regional Hospital in McComb, Miss., where 2-year-old Jayden spent Sunday night after suffering an allergic reaction to something he ate.

Britney, Jayden and his big brother Sean, 3, had been staying at the Spears' family home in nearby Kentwood when Jayden got sick.
