Paris Hilton and DJ BF Benji Madden will spend New Year's eve in Australia, hosting Australian mogul William Scott's exclusive bash at a secret location in Sydney.

Hey does it still count as a "secret" if no one cares where it is?

In what's being touted as "the world's biggest online New Year's Eve party," 29-year old Scott hopes the media frenzy will give his latest social networking project, The Bongo Virus, some well-warranted 'Generation Y' attention.

Frenzy? It's nice to dream.

"I love the idea," Paris said. "I can't wait to be partying with the Aussies and Benji deejaying by my side."

The Bongo Virus is a "positive computer virus" for you PC and cell phones. That's what the people who created it say. We still have no idea what they're talking about.

The party will be available online or on-cell for $5.
