New Guns N' Roses Album Stolen
Posted on Nov 12, 2008 @ 09:32AM
Accused music thief Kevin Cogill has decided to plead guilty to illegally posting 9 songs online from a soon-to-be released Guns N' Roses album.
That's not terribly surprising. What authorities really want to know, though, is how Cogill managed to get hold of the songs without having any direct involvement with the group!
Cogill will still be tried for one federal count of copyright infringement which authorities said, had he not pleaded guilty, would have probably put him in jail for over 3 years.
The songs are from the eagerly awaited Chinese Democracy.
