Jennifer Hudson reached out yesterday to thank devoted fans for helping her "during this difficult time."
In a short but sweet MySpace blog posted on Thursday, Hudson thanked "each and every one of you for your thoughts and prayers.
"My sister and I take great comfort and strength from your love and concern. jhud."
This is the first time she has signed her MySpace blog.
The Oscar-winning actress' mother, Darnell, and brother, Jason, were found shot to death in their Chicago home on Oct. 24.
The body of Julian, her nephew, was discovered 3 days after.
