Justin Gaston says he is not the boyfriend of 15 year-old Miley Cyrus -- despite the fact that the two have been hanging out a lot.

The 20 year-old Nashville Star celeb says that he met her dad Billy Ray when he was a contestant on the show "and just became friends with the whole family."

Justin later moved to Los Angeles to try his hand at modeling and singing.
