Heather Charged In Drug Case

Maybe it's just a Melrose Place flashback.

Back on September 27, 47 year-old Heather Locklear was busted for driving erratically.

Now, Santa Barbara County Deputy District Attorney Lee Carter has charged her with with one count of driving under the influence of drugs, in this case prescription medicine.

Carter said the medication may have "impaired her ability to safely drive a motor vehicle."

No illicit drugs or alcohol were found in the actresses's blood.
