Nicollette Sheridan turned 45 with what may be a new best friend -- David Spade.

The now-single Nicollette was celebrating at the trendy L.A. Luau with Desperate Housewives costars Felicity Huffman, Neal McDonough and Kyle MacLachlan while the former SNL star hung out at a separate booth. But not for long. The two were reportedly cuddling and kissing.

Nicollette and Spade had met a few weeks earlier at the restaurant's opening, and hit it off from the start.

Sources close to the actress insist the two aren't dating. Maybe so. But they were definitely making out!
