Michael Minelli has filed a lawsuit against publisher Simon & Schuster, claiming that the book Hot Chicks with Douchebags libeled him.

The book, which shows- well, good looking gals with ostensibly not-good-looking guys -has a full two pages devoted to Minelli. The Las Vegas resident also says the book uses a photo of him that author Jay Louis wasn't authorized to use.

The plaintiff adds that he "has been, is now and continues to be called a douchebag by friends, acquaintances, coworkers, employers and strangers alike."

Presumably, he means since the book was published.
