After being dropkicked by the producers of "Iron Man 2" for allegedly wanting too much money, Terence Howard is now being accused of using his own repulsor rays on a coworker.

Last winter things really heated up during a rehearsal of Broadway's "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof," according to a lawsuit filed by composer and pianist Tex Allen against the Oscar Nominated actor.

Allen claims that Howard assaulted him while he sat at the piano in the Walter Kerr Theatre, and repeatedly punched him in the head and face.

Allen, who is brother to the director of the play, Debbie Allen, also claims that the attack hurt his piano playing, which explains why the suit is demanding five million dollars in damages.

Neither party has said what caused the Cat fight.
