Fans of Shia LaBeouf may not have to wait for Transformers 2 in 2009 to see their hero back-in-action. Sorta.

This Sunday, Fox will air it's annual "Treehouse of Horror" episode of The Simpsons in which Bart gets a Christmas present that turns out to be a Transformer. As Bart's alien battlebot attacks others, Marge is unable to stop them.

So who ya gonna turn to? Will Shia's Sam Witwicky save the day?
