Actress Michelle Williams and producer/director Spike Jonze are getting closer and closer. They were spotted in NYC on Monday grocery shopping and taking a stroll.

The couple has been low key about their relationship up until now but it looks like things are becoming official.

The two were previously seen attending a Cinema Society screening of their new film Synecdoche, New York.

"He couldn't keep his hands off her," described an insider. "They have no problem showing their affection in public."

Williams, 28, has an almost-three-year old daughter, Matilda, with the late Heath Ledger and Jonze, 39, was previously married to director Sofia Coppola.
