It is, to be sure, tough all over. But you know who's really feeling the pinch? CEOs! Particularly those who borrow against the massively concentrated portfolio of their own company's stocks. These titans of industry now live in fear of the most terrible phrase known to (rich) man: "margin call." But what does it mean?
