John McCain To Letterman: What About Bill Ayers?

David Letterman was fairly soft on John McCain last night, actually! Well, McCain was fairly charming, saying "I screwed up" by blowing off Letterman because of our "financial crisis." Also he does make crazy face when he mentions Keith Olbermann. Then things all go south when they start talking about Bill Ayers. It is sad that all the warmth we felt for McCain after the Al Smith dinner just sort of evaporated with this disingenuous bullshit.
