NBC's Today show turned Grimm as regulars costumed up for a hilariously happy fairytale Halloween. "Big Bad Wolf" Kathie Lee Gifford menaced Hoda Kotb's Little Red Riding Hood, Meredith Vieira morphed into a splintery Pinocchio and Al Roker weathered the fun as a portly Gingerbread Man.
