Whoever will be the winners and losers of this financial crisis? The winners, of course, are pretty much who you'll expect them to be—rich people! Since we all want blood, today Portfolio rounds up the biggest losers-to-be in "Who Got Screwed By The Bailout?" I was all excited that they were finally going to tell me who was going to go down in flames! There is a problem.
