AMERICAN IDOL MEANS BUSINESS

While it all started out as a competition that can "make you," it now seems American Idol can "break you" just as easily.
Simon Fuller, chief executive of 19 Entertainment, the multi billion dollar company that created American Idol, has taken "legal action" against former 'almost top 24' contestant, Josiah Leming, now 19-years old, threatening to "block the release" of Lemmings debut album.
Lemmings, despite coolly plunking out Grace Kelly on Season 7, was the final contestant cut in Hollywood, leaving him decisively out of the top 24.
Why so hard on the boy?
