One of the most delightful things about the delightful New Yorker profile of Alec Baldwin this week is the guest appearances by his assistant, Tiffany Nishimoto. (We've learned here all about the dangers of assisting celebrities right here on Radar!) She is made of some stern stuff. To Tiff, Baldwin offers the greatest advice of our time: "Whenever you see an invitation that says 'What could be more magical than an evening under the stars in the Hamptons?' you press delete." Well amen, brother!

What will become of Tiff in the years to come, after she receives the wealth of daily wisdom such as this? Stay tuned!
