STUPID-FYING Madonna, Kaine (l.), McCain (r.)

Virginia's Democratic Governor Tim Kaine has stepped in to the Madonna-McCain fracas, and delivered his verdict: Madonna's concert video juxtaposing pictures of Adolf Hitler and Robert Mugabe with John McCain is "stupid." That's right, stupid.

Last Saturday, in the latest installment of "ridiculous celebs thinking they're helping Obama when they're actually doing the exact opposite," Madge kicked off her Sticky Sweet tour in Wales with the McCain + historically brutal dictators montage. Naturally, the 50-year-old pop singer was clad in fishnets and stiletto boots, the better to show off her freakily toned legs. Which is of course something both sides of the aisle can get behind and look down upon.
