Matt Levine, owner of soon-to-be-opened club/lounge The Eldrige, on Manhattan's Lower East Side, would like to clear up some of the misconceptions about his place you might have gotten if you read pieces like this one and this one. To that end, he's taken to writing up the "truly creative nightlife experience" that is the Eldridge himself over at Eater (emphasis in all of what follows is his):
