• The pages of Playboy will have to do, fishboy: Olympic swimmer/Playmate Amanda Beard denied rumors that she and Michael Phelps were dating. Clearly some sort of fool, she reportedly said "Ew ... that's nasty" when asked about Phelps.

• Foot loose: Songwriter Mark Archer has written a musical about David Beckham in celebration of his first 33 years. Set within a cheering football stadium, Theatre of Dreams chronicles Beck's life and fame.

• That was quick: Chris Kattan and his wife of eight weeks, Sunshine Tutt, have separated. They do not, however, have plans for a divorce.
