Barack Obama tried making inroads with religious conservatives last week by suggesting that he'd continue President Bush's alliance with faith-based charities. This week may not be quite as productive for Obama with this particular voting segment, owing to the release of this modified Uncle Sam poster (right) branding Obama as "The Abortion President."

The attack art will be officially unveiled at a Capitol Hill press conference today held by the Christian Defense Coalition, which informs via press advisory that it will be "working diligently over the next five months before the November election to educate people of faith, especially Catholics, that Barack Obama wants them to pay for abortions."
