An Earthquake, An Apology, and the Beginning of the End for Bennigan's

• Shaken, stirred: Earlier today, an earthquake shook Southern California. The quake was an estimated magnitude of 5.8, and there have thankfully been no immediate reports of damage or injury.
• Sorry 'bout that The House of Representatives plans to apologize to African-Americans for slavery and the era of Jim Crow. Although many states have already "said sorry," this could be the first time the government does so. Plus, they'll also admit the "injustice, cruelty, brutality, and inhumanity" of the whole affair.
• Giving up her split personality: Miley Cyrus says this may be the last season of Hannah Montana, although her rep says that nothing is confirmed. Bring on that tween Sex and the City!
