Condit Suit Against Dunne Tossed

thumbgcondit2.jpg
Gary Condit, the failed ice-cream man and former California congressman speculated by many as being central in the disappearance and death of his mistress-intern Chandra Levy, continues his lackluster streak in the courts—this time in a defamation suit he brought against Vanity Fair writer Dominick Dunne. Over the course of the still-unsolved Levy case, Dunne had maintained in assorted columns and television appearances that Condit knew more than what he told authorities about Levy—and Condit continuously sued him for the favor (in an earlier case they settled out of court.) To the court, this suit was a simple First Amendment issue: "Dunne's opinion statements do not, either in substance or in implication, constitute provably false assertions of fact," U.S. District Judge Peter Leisure wrote, adding that "Dunne does not suggest that his opinion statements are based on any additional facts not known to the public." (Only, it seems like he kinda does!) [McClatchy]

It's Chandra, not Chandry.

Now that Gary Condit's lawsuit against Vanity Fair's Dominic Dunn has been dismissed, the media won't be hamstrung in reporting the details of his "Political Sexual Embarrassment Disposal Service," any more. Or at least I presume from the flood of traffic I'm now getting at my website, www.rickhyatt.freeservers.com, where I present photos of him from '77 when I was worked against other East German spies, moles and assassins. As well as personal testimony and other official reportsI I was sworn to secrecy about, but set for declassification by the Phoenix Federal Court System, I believe, this last weekend.
Oddly enough, I can now link (And have old photos of) him to NAZI SS Mauthausen Concentration Camp Dr. "Death" Aribert Heim, who, among others have been getting protected by the CIA for very good reasons until now. (Every high-ranking politician Condit's provided his services to have been blackmailed since - This needs to get out before this next election.) I connect them not only by the era, and the personnel - but by the identical M.O.'s of their means of mutilation/murder/keeping of heads as trophies, etc. Someone, the CIA shrink had reported back then, had gotten into Condit's head to make him into the killing machine he became. I guess it was the good NAZI Dr. Heim?
To top that off? I've upload a photo of a couple of girls now Secret Service Agent Brian Larkin (Old Army buddy) spent the night with at the Munich 66th M.I., I guess when they started their high-ranking call girl service.
Yes, it will take photo analysts to verify all this, but the remarkable resemblance to Deborah Palfrey, DC "Madam" and Brandy Britton, both suspicious recent suicide "Hangings," remind me again of Condit's M.O.
Of course, it's also reported that Chandra Levy was one of Palfrey's call girls, and her services are said to reach into the White House, where... Dick Cheney is kept on a leash.
Please view my Picasa site for high res photos and detailed descriptions.
If you'd like to help me personally, I'd appreciate it, but more than anything - COULD I USE A SUBPEONA!
