Great news from Iraq! The level of violence has been reduced! And it's holding steady! Things are so not as terrible as they used to be that the president is reducing the length of military tours from 15 months to a much more manageable 12! He actually said "Bring 'em home!" I mean, he was smirking (dude came in smirking and he's gonna go out smirking), but he said it!
