The Duke University Men's Golf coach apparently does not appreciate Andrew Giuliani's sacrifices to improve his swing, much like the rest of this country does not appreciate his father Rudy's eminent sacrifices to protect this country in this time of terror, hatred, and other vague notions of evil. You see, Andrew seems to be an apple that did not fall too far from the self-victimizing tree, and has just sued Duke for the "unfounded accusations" and "Lord of the Flies" schemes that led to his being cut from the golf team.

Radar took a look through the arcane Duke athletics website to get the skinny on why Andrew was axed, and we uncovered a scandalous possibility which will leave you shaking with rage: Maybe he got axed because he sucks at golf? (Well, compared to his former teammates, he does.)

While he posted some quality rounds in 2006 at Duke, this season Andrew has had zero top-5 rankings, zero top-10 rankings, and zero top-20 scores. In fact, he finished in the bottom three on his team overall.

We won't begrudge Andrew's God-given and thoroughly American right to file frivolous lawsuits, but we won't be too surprised when this thing is thrown out of court. Or, for that matter, when the suit is not tossed and the coach suddenly "retires."
