30 Rock's Alec Baldwin has had a productive summer, what with publicizing his memoir about the horrors of the child-court system, trashing ex-wife Kim Basinger and her "near-sexual" love of high-priced lawyers, and suggesting that bored tourists in New York get drunk and stoned instead of taking horse-drawn carriage rides about the city. (The poor horses are overworked!) For such a busy man, however, he's sure not optimizing the time he spends working out.
