  • "In another blow to Bush administration terrorism policies, the U.S. Supreme Court Thursday ruled 5-4 that Guantanamo Bay detainees can have their imprisonment reviewed by a federal court. The ruling also said military commissions for Guantanamo Bay detainees are insufficient." [WSJ]
