Pulitzer-Prize-winning Washington Post fashion critic Robin Givhan is next out of the gate with an appreciation of Vogue editor Anna Wintour on the 20th anniversary of her Vogue leadership. It's not particularly feisty, although she notes that Vogue's circulation is essentially what it was 20 years ago. She also, as a former employee, provides the least insightful inside view of Vogue.
