Alex Kozinski, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals judge with a bit of a porny past, may have recused himself from the trial of scat and bestiality video producer Ira Isaacs last Friday, but the story of his own dirty website just won't die. Blame his wife for reviving the story by writing a defense of her husband yesterday and claiming that he is the victim of distortions and "outright lies" published by the Los Angeles Times.

"Alex is not into porn—he is into funny—and sometimes funny has a sexual character," his wife, Marcy Jane Tiffany, wrote on patterico.com. It's true. A naked woman painted like a cow on all fours is sexual and thigh-slappingly funny. A video of man being chased by a donkey with a hard-on? Hilarious. Goofy depictions of priests getting hummers from school boys? Well, Kozinski and his wife might be alone on that one.
