DARE NOT SPEAK ITS NAME Movie

Last Friday we noticed that the critics were really hating on The Love Guru, Mike Myers' likely awful (what, you think we saw it?) parody of something we can't quite pin point: Deepak Chopra? Yoga? India? With its anorexic box office numbers this weekend, it's clear that the moviegoing public feels the same. But why? Maybe its the totally irrelevant and indecipherable target (aren't parodies supposed to send up something on the public consciousness?). Or it could be the glut of comedies in theaters right now. Lastly, and this is the one we're really getting behind, maybe America is done with Mike Myers.
