• Taco party: A rising peso and a weak dollar are allowing border-jumping Mexicans to buy up Texas real estate and reclaim the land the US stole from them in 1845. More importantly, they're bringing tacos.

• It's not a tan; he's black: Conservative anti-tax activist Grover Norquist calls Barack Obama "John Kerry with a tan." Obama counters by calling Norquist "John Candy with fat."
