More wackiness from the British papers: "Officials at West Kent College in Tonbridge, Kent, sent an email to all pupils" warning them against wolf-whistling at the hunky construction workers currently engaged in a campus building project. As a result of what the Telegraph calls "a reversal of traditional gender stereotypes," the college was forced to send out the following reminder:
