Edward Kennedy Has A Brain Tumor The Associated Press is reporting that Senator Ted Kennedy (D-MA) has a brain tumor, which was discovered after the recent seizure that resulted in the senator being airlifted to Mass General hospital. "Preliminary results from a biopsy of the brain identified the cause of the seizure as a malignant glioma," doctors said. "His treatment will be decided after more tests but the usual course includes combinations of radiation and chemotherapy." Kennedy is 76.
