Johnson, who's just getting started on the series, points to evidence of WASP decline in things like intermarriage and poor money management, and the fact that he, a WASP, is blogging (even if it is for VF Daily). He talks to the "most prominent WASP elder" he knows, David Netto, who points to an example of poor money management in his own family. Johnson writes:
