Actor Harvey Korman has died at the age of 81. His most memorable performance, to my mind, was as villain Hedley Lamarr in Mel Brooks' Blazing Saddles, but the bulk of his legend was built on The Carol Burnett Show, where his inability to keep a straight face was often as funny as the material he was performing.
