In Touch Weekly one-ups its sister publication, Life & Style, which reported in February that Britney Spears wasted $60 million of her presumed $100 million pop fortune last year. In Touch says it's more like $61 million! And that's not including the $50 million opportunity she missed out on by not touring behind her album Blackout—this according a random L.A. accountant.
