Amy Winehouse has been arrested for the second time in two weeks, first for head-butting a good samaritan and now in relation to a video aired by the U.K. Sun (and above) in which she's allegedly seen smoking CRACK and snorting ECSTASY and COCAINE during a 19-minute bender (borrowing the Sun's emphasis). She's currently being held in Limehouse police station in East London.
