British royal Viscount David Linley will not have to testify in the case against Ian Strachan, 30, and Sean McQuigan, 40, the men accused of trying to blackmail him for £50,000 ($100,000). The alleged blackmailers claim to have had cell phone video evidence of an aide bragging about engaging in a gay sex with him and taking cocaine in an envelope embossed with Linley's name. Due to local law, the British papers are still holding back publishing Linley's name, which Radar first reported. [Telegraph]
