PIECE OF THE PIE, SO TO SPEAK Ashley, Joe
Eliot Spitzer call girl Ashley Dupre thinks that if anyone is going to make a buck from being Eliot Spitzer's call girl, it should be Ashley Dupre. So the 22-year-old former hooker (23 tomorrow!) has filed a $10 million lawsuit against oft-jailed meatstick and Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis, demanding that Francis give her a cut of the sales of a years-old Dupre video he's hawking.

A video she claims she was too drunk, and too young, to know better than to star in.

The backstory: Francis initially offered Dupre $1 million to star in a nude video after the Spitzer scandal broke (Hustler and Penthouse put similar deals on the table) but rescinded his offer after he realized Dupre had already bared her tits to him five years ago on the Girls Gone Wild party bus and in a hotel room. So Francis shrewdly decided to use the existing footage to cobble together a little something called Hookers Gone Wild, selling the resulting DVD on ashleydupre.net and even inserting copies of it into his new magazine.

Dupre is now arguing that Francis is ruining her pristine reputation by claiming that the video in question features her "doing a lot of hot lesbian acts" and "performing sexual acts" (not true!). She also claims that she was plied with free drinks before filming took place and was thus too drunk to ever consent to the video. And oh, she was 17 at the time. She is seeking $10 million in damages and wants the site taken down. Francis would rather just give her a trucker hat and call it a day, as is generally protocol for Girls Gone Wild in these matters.

Francis, for his part, curiously claims he has "never sold one" video. Which means he is either an incredibly bad business man with Internet search optimization problems, or a bald-faced liar. Take a guess.
