On today's episode of The Tyra Banks Show, Radar advice columnist Spencer Pratt and on-off girlfriend Heidi Montag talked about how they both know that Lauren Conrad made a sex tape (though they've never seen it), about how Lauren is a total phony, and about how Heidi thinks it's totally lame that Lauren hates her boyfriend Spencer because Heidi used to hate Lauren's ex Jason Wahler but kept it to herself. Did we mention that both Heidi and Spencer really hate Lauren? They're not acting!

Oh, and Spencer tells Tyra he wants to name his first child "Dunk," and that maybe he and Heidi will adopt a kid from Africa. He didn't mention how much he hopes to net from Us Weekly for first rights to those photos.

Say what you will about the couple, but their collective business acumen is something to be marveled at: Heidi walks out on stage with a bag from her clothing line, talks about why The Hills is "a good platform," and says she doesn't even care that people hated that really crappy song she recorded because so many took time out of their day to comment on it online, which "takes a lot of effort." Spencer, meanwhile, says the real reason he wanted to film the video for the single on the beach is because he wanted to "make a profit."
