A presidential campaign event where two naked women and a shirtless guy in a wheelchair writhe all over one another while strobe lights flash and a live band plays some kind of eerie, tuba-infused psychedelic jazz—it's more than just a forbidden fantasy lurking somewhere in the deep recesses of Mitt Romney's brain. It's also something that actually happened, thanks to presidential candidate and noted Radar also-ran Frank Moore. Campaign literature and buttons were passed out after Moore's recent kaleidoscopic performance, which he later described in an e-mail as "HOT!" is after the jump. (NSFW, of course).
