A second call-girl has reportedly confirmed to investigators that New York Governor Eliot Spitzer was not only was he a difficult client who didn't like to wear condoms, he insisted on keeping his socks on during sex (thanks for that tip Roger Stone!) and was a fan of using toys to enhance his own pleasure.
