Miley, girl, we know you're "embarrassed" this Monday after your apology for those sorta-racy pictures that lesbian seductress Annie Leibovitz, convinced you to take with her "puppy-dog look." But, fear not, other nice (and not so nice) girls and boys have braved underage nudity scandals before you, often showing much more skin. And, some have turned out alright!

1. Vanessa Hudgens
Nude photos of the High School Musical star surfaced less that a month after the mega-successful premiere of High School Musical 2, with High School Musical 3 in development. The National Enquirer reported that she was just 15 when some of the photos were taken and just getting her start as an actress.

2. Kim and Kourtney Kardashian
Underage pictures of the two sisters conveniently surfaced last fall, just before the premiere of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. The pictures were reportedly 11 years old, taken when Kim and Kourtney were just 16 and 17, respectively, and featured the two posing naked in sexual positions with a naked man. Classy.

3. Brooke Shields
Before she played a prostitute in Pretty Baby at the age of 12 or said "nothing" got between her and her Calvins, photographer Garry Gross shot Brooke Shields in the nude when she was just 10 years old, with a prepubescent body and a painted women-child face. In 1983 artist Richard Prince re-photographed the image and called it Spiritual America.

4. Audrina Partridge
Just before The Hills season 3 bonus episodes premiered, clothing-lacking pictures of the resident brunette vixen hit the web. Partridge was just out of high school when the snaps were taken, which apparently would have made her just 17.

5. Ashley Dupré
Joe Francis scored big when he found a five-year-old video of a then 17-year-old Ashley Dupré on the Girls Gone Wild Party Bus, years before she was to bestow the "most beautiful vagina in New York" on Governor Hobagger Eliot Spitzer.

6. Miss Nevada
In 2006, Donald Trump got tough with wild-child Miss USA Tara Connor, but it was Katie Rees, Miss Nevada 2007 who was really behaving badly. In October 2006, Rees won the Miss Nevada crown and was scheduled to compete in Miss USA 2007, until photos of her breasts—and of her kissing chicks and simulating oral sex—surfaced. She was dethroned in December 2006.

7. Angelina Jolie
In their unending quest to break new Brangelina news, or just make it up, the tabs unearthed some swimsuit shots taken by a then unknown 16-year-old model Angelina Jolie. The shots themselves could be called even tamer than Miley's, but hey, it was Angelina.

8. Mariel Hemingway
Hemingway caused controversy, and became a lesbian icon, portraying athletic Sapphic lust in explicit scenes from the 1982 film Personal Best. She was just 17 when she took the role, right after playing Woody Allen's high school-aged girlfriend in Manhattan.

9. Daniel Radcliffe
The Harry Potter star was just shy of 18 when he appeared in a homoerotic spread for Details (is there any other kind?)—after he had taken to the stage nude in Equus. A play with full frontal nudity where a kid blinds horses is art, but those Details pics were creepy.

10. Traci Lords
After running away from home, Lords began modeling in the nude at the tender age of 15, and then started appearing in adult films at 16. Between the age of 16 and 18, she made nearly 100 X-rated films, before being arrested by the FBI in 1986. She made one legal porno on her 18th birthday, Traci, I Love You, and the Feds' case against her fell apart. She enrolled in acting school and went onto appear in mainstream film and television, including Melrose Place. Remember Melrose Place?
